Role Purpose
Design and deliver innovative web solutions as a senior full stack developer with strong front-end and back-end capabilities. Build modern, secure, and reliable applications that support business-critical and time-sensitive processes. Work within an agile DevOps team that values collaboration, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning. Collaborate with colleagues, product owners, and domain experts while independently driving assigned initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern applications with demanding availability and reliability requirements.
- Create robust integration layers connecting internal systems and external parties.
- Build automation features that simplify and streamline time-critical processes.
- Support architectural decisions and ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and future-ready.
- Implement and advocate for unit testing and high-quality software development practices.
- Promote modern DevOps methods and support the continuous delivery of resilient features.
- Communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
- Take autonomous ownership of complex development activities while contributing actively to the wider team.
Tasks
- Design and develop end-to-end applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Build responsive user interfaces using Angular 18 or later and Tailwind CSS.
- Design APIs and system integrations supporting secure and reliable data exchange.
- Implement asynchronous and real-time communication using Kafka and Azure Service Bus.
- Develop and operate solutions using Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Create automated unit tests using frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and delivery issues affecting availability or reliability.
- Contribute to technical reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

- Production-ready full stack features meeting agreed availability, reliability, and security requirements.
- Robust APIs and integration layers connecting internal and external systems.
- Automation supporting efficient and time-critical business processes.
- Automated tests and CI/CD implementation supporting reliable continuous delivery.
- Maintainable technical documentation and clearly communicated implementation decisions.
Authority / Accountability
- Take technical ownership of assigned features and development initiatives from design through delivery.
- Provide informed input into application, integration, and architectural decisions.
- Maintain appropriate standards for security, maintainability, testing, and code quality.
- Coordinate dependencies and escalate material technical risks or blockers promptly.
Requirements
- University degree in information technology, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant higher vocational education.
- At least 6 years of professional experience as a full stack developer, with strong front-end and back-end capability.
- At least 6 years of experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with Angular 18 or later.
- At least 2 years of experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, and real-time or asynchronous communication.
- Good knowledge of APIs, system integration, automation, and unit testing using tools such as xUnit or NUnit.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work autonomously within complex projects.
- Experience within energy or financial services, where availability, reliability, and security are critical, is desirable.
Additional Information
- The role may be based from Solna, Umeå, Sundsvall, or Gothenburg.
- Consultants based outside Solna may need to travel occasionally to Stockholm for meetings and workshops. Associated travel and accommodation costs will not be reimbursed.
