Job Title: Electrical Revit Modeler - JT3/JT4

Working Location: Malaysia

Contract Type: 12 months+ (with potential temp-to-perm conversion)
Start Date: June 2026

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and maintain detailed Revit models for electrical power and low voltage systems, including cable containment, lighting, earthing, and communications.
- Ensure models meet project LOD, LOI, and BIM Execution Plan requirements.
- Embed accurate parameters, system data, and schedules to support engineering design, coordination, and construction.
- Own assigned electrical model areas or zones and resolve typical clashes independently prior to escalation.
- Coordinate proactively with architectural, mechanical, structural, and ICT disciplines.
- Perform regular model quality checks, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and data requirements.
- Update models in line with design changes, engineering inputs, and client comments.
- Prepare model outputs, drawings, and exports for design reviews and coordination meetings.
- Support construction-stage modelling requirements as required.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and informal checking of work produced by junior electrical modellers.
- Share best practices and lessons learned to improve modelling consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related drafting discipline.
2. Preferably 7-10 years of experience in electrical BIM modelling.
3. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
4. Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering design intent.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
1. Experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
2. Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards.
3. Experience working in Common Data Environments and coordination tools such as Navisworks.
