Job Title: Central Planning Manager

Working Location: Boden, Sweden

Contract Type: Annually Renewable Contract - Residential (Temporary or Consultancy Based)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 hour days

Key Responsibilities:
- Own, develop, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all delivery areas
- Define and enforce planning standards, frameworks, and ways of working
- Monitor schedule performance, including progress, variance, and forecast completion
- Identify critical paths, key milestones, and schedule risks, and drive mitigation actions
- Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA), scenario modelling, and recovery planning
- Integrate schedules across teams and ensure alignment with project-level priorities
- Provide consolidated reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership
- Lead and support Area Planning Leads, including capability development and guidance

Requirements:
- Experience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and planning methodologies
- Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary project environments
- Solid understanding of schedule risk analysis and SRA processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and delivery areas
- Proven ability to lead planning teams and drive alignment across functions
- A structured and proactive way of working in high-paced environments
