Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial strategy across projects and key client accounts
- Manage and develop senior stakeholder relationships
- Drive business development and long-term pipeline growth
- Support major bids, tenders, and commercial negotiations
- Oversee contract performance and commercial delivery
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to align delivery
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Represent the business at senior client and industry levels
Requirements:
- Strong commercial leadership experience within oil and gas, refinery, or alternative energy sectors
- Background working within complex project or programme environments
- Proven track record in business development and account growth
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial delivery
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Degree qualified (engineering, business, or related discipline)
- MBA or equivalent experience beneficial
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
