About the Opportunity

An international energy and power solutions organization is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support commercial operations, business performance and sales process coordination across the Asia region.

This role will work closely with sales, commercial, finance and business line teams to drive operational excellence, support growth initiatives and improve commercial performance through effective reporting, analytics and cross-functional coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sales operating rhythms, pipeline reporting, business reviews and process improvement activities within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily and weekly commercial and sales operating routines across regional business activities
  • Coordinate with sales, commercial and finance teams to support business performance objectives and KPI delivery
  • Drive operational discipline and reporting consistency across commercial teams
  • Coordinate operating rhythms including team meetings, business reviews and leadership updates
  • Support preparation and coordination of Monthly Operating Reviews and commercial performance reviews
  • Maintain alignment of sales and operational data across reporting systems and business platforms
  • Support data preparation, reporting analysis and pipeline tracking activities
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to support business growth initiatives
  • Assist with pipeline development, commercial analytics and process improvement activities
  • Coordinate with IT and reporting teams to support automation and simplification of reporting processes
  • Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations and commercial functions
  • Support strategic business initiatives and continuous improvement programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations or business operations environments
  • Strong analytical and business reporting capabilities
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across commercial and operational functions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities within fast-paced and evolving business environments
  • Good understanding of business processes, reporting and operational performance tracking
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Ability to support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience within power generation, energy or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • Exposure to commercial operations, service agreements or long-term service contract environments is preferred
  • Experience with reporting systems, dashboards or automation tools is beneficial
  • Mandarin language capability is advantageous for regional stakeholder engagement
