Information Management Specialist (Compliance)

Job Summary

  • Excellent opportunity for an experienced Information Management professional to support document control digital information systems and reporting activities within a large scale industrial project environment
  • The role requires strong coordination communication and technical skills with experience managing both electronic and hardcopy information systems
  • Suitable for candidates with a background in engineering business administration information systems or technical project support environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project information management systems and document control processes
  • Support electronic and hardcopy information management activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve SharePoint platforms dashboards and reporting tools
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and related applications
  • Ensure information is stored tracked and distributed in accordance with company procedures and project requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of information management processes and workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams contractors and project personnel to ensure timely information flow
  • Monitor document quality version control and data accuracy across systems
  • Support reporting activities and management presentations where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Applied Science Engineering Automotive Technology English Computer Science Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Information Management or related project support environments
  • Strong knowledge of information management systems processes and control procedures
  • Experience with SharePoint administration web content management and dashboard development
  • Experience using Power BI and professional office applications
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Good computer literacy including use of technical and office software applications
