The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth recruitment business and build a long-term career in sales, consulting, and talent advisory.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of the recruitment industry. You'll develop expertise in one of our specialist markets, build relationships with industry professionals, and gain a deep understanding of how infrastructure projects are delivered across the United States.

Initially, your focus will be on candidate sourcing, market mapping, research, and talent engagement. As your skills develop, you'll begin building client relationships, generating business opportunities, and ultimately running your own specialist recruitment desk.

You'll receive extensive one-on-one training, structured mentorship, and a clear development plan designed to help you become a successful consultant.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management

  • Identify and engage high-caliber professionals across Renewable Energy, Construction, and Power Delivery markets.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Develop long-term relationships with industry professionals.

Market Mapping & Research

  • Conduct market research to identify companies, projects, and key talent within your sector.
  • Create detailed market maps to support recruitment and business development strategies.
  • Track industry trends, major projects, and hiring activity.
  • Become a market specialist within your chosen discipline.

Business Development & Sales

  • Learn how to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
  • Support senior consultants with client development activities.
  • Develop your own sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Progress towards managing your own client portfolio and recruitment desk.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential

  • Base Salary: $67,000
  • Uncapped commission structure paying up to 40%
  • Opportunity to earn well in excess of $100,000 during your first year
  • No cap on earnings for top performers
