Role Overview

Support a major Finance Programme by designing, implementing, and optimising SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions for planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on configuration and implementation, working closely with Finance stakeholders, internal product teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud planning and reporting solutions.
• Advise Finance stakeholders and product teams on SAC capabilities, best practices, and target solution design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, delivery plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead requirement workshops and guide stakeholders through design decisions and solution options.
• Drive SAC architecture decisions while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and the wider Finance technology landscape.
• Identify functional and technical improvements to increase business value, usability, and adoption.
• Proactively manage solution risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation.

Finance Planning and Reporting

• Design and configure SAC models, stories, and planning processes for Finance use cases.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial-planning solutions to support business and management reporting.
• Configure Data Actions, Multi Actions, allocations, and predictive capabilities as needed.
• Support the delivery of end-to-end planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organisation's future Finance operating model.

Data Integration and Architecture

• Work with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, and Finance teams to define and implement end-to-end data flows.
• Design SAC solutions that integrate effectively with existing SAP BW and SAP Datasphere landscapes.
• Maintain a clear understanding of source data, Finance reporting structures, and downstream reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across SAC models, integrations, and planning processes.
• Contribute to a coherent Finance reporting architecture that supports current delivery and future development.

Delivery and Knowledge Transfer

• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production-readiness activities.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and external consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to internal team members and contribute to structured knowledge transfer.
• Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and operating guidance for ongoing support.
• Promote practical standards and reusable approaches across the SAC landscape.

Skills and Experience

• At least seven years of relevant SAP analytics and planning experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and Reporting.
• Proven delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and financial-planning solutions.
• Advanced experience with SAC models, stories, Data Actions, Multi Actions, allocations, and predictive capabilities.
• Good understanding of SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, and Finance reporting architectures.
• Ability to combine architectural thinking with hands-on configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading requirement and design workshops.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Finance, product, technical, and supplier teams.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid arrangement based in Warsaw, with a minimum of two days of office presence required each week.
• Remote working from a country other than Poland is not permitted unless expressly approved in advance.
• The successful candidate will be required to complete a standard background check before onboarding.
