Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead a key stream within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role focuses on delivering the "Document and Data Driven Stream (D3W)" and requires hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology, Agile practices, and DevOps tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact European project in the energy sector and work with a dynamic international team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the D3W stream of the S/4HANA transformation programme

Develop project plans, manage budgets, assign resources, and track progress

Ensure effective risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle

Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units to meet objectives

Maintain stakeholder communication and manage expectations

Align deliverables with the programme timeline, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality

Coordinate a multi-national project team operating across Europe

Prepare and deliver progress reports to programme leadership

Ensure compliance with internal project management frameworks and best practices
Required Experience and Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management roles

Proven track record in managing complex, large-scale enterprise projects

Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Agile principles, and DevOps tools

Effective budget, scope, resource, and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams and liaising between IT and business stakeholders

Previous involvement in international projects, ideally across Europe

Fluent in English and Swedish (written and verbal)

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications

University degree in a relevant field
