Sales Manager Laboratory Equipment and Solutions

Working Location: North West Home-Based with Regional Travel

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a regional portfolio of laboratory and industrial clients
- Drive new business across pharma, biotech, research, and manufacturing labs
- Engage with lab managers, scientists, QA/QC, and procurement teams
- Sell laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and technical solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build long-term relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Work with internal technical teams to deliver solutions
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within lab equipment or scientific solutions
- Background in analytical instruments, lab equipment, or consumables
- Strong understanding of laboratory environments pharma, biotech, research
- Track record of winning new business and managing key accounts
- Comfortable engaging with both technical users and commercial stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with experience managing a territory
