Job Title: QHSE Management System Analyst

Location: Qatar

Contract Term: 1 year

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned QHSE Management System Analyst to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality, health, safety, and environmental systems within a large-scale project execution directorate. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in HSE systems management, risk analysis, compliance auditing, and reporting within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior HSE stakeholders in setting and tracking annual HSE objectives
  • Act as focal point for directorate-level HSE risk register, consolidating inputs from all departments
  • Maintain HSE compliance and obligation registers, monitoring departmental adherence
  • Manage and coordinate the QHSE training register for the directorate, liaising with departmental training leads
  • Identify and propose updates to environmental management system (EMS) documentation from an HSE perspective
  • Analyse HSE data from projects and departments, preparing performance and compliance reports for management
  • Support ISO certification maintenance efforts by ensuring alignment of systems with audit requirements
  • Conduct regular HSE risk assessments and inspections at sites and office locations
  • Participate in incident investigations, emergency preparedness planning, and supplier performance evaluations
  • Assist with both internal and external HSE audits, including the implementation of corrective actions
  • Disseminate relevant HSE updates, alerts, and promotional materials across departments
  • Coordinate management safety tours and initiatives to reinforce HSE culture at all organisational levels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent
  • NEBOSH Certificate required

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in HSE management within the oil and gas or heavy construction sector
  • Solid experience in HSE audits, compliance reporting, and risk register management
  • Strong analytical skills for HSE data interpretation and performance monitoring
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across departments to uphold safety culture and ISO standards
