Contract Type: Annually Renewable Contract - Residential
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 hour days
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection and consolidation of all final project documentation, including technical files, certificates, drawings, and reports
- Ensure all documentation meets project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards
- Manage document control processes related to final handover documentation
- Track documentation status and follow up with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to close gaps
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and formatting compliance
- Maintain structured and traceable records within the document management system
- Prepare and deliver final documentation packages to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and construction teams
- Identify risks related to missing or delayed documentation and proactively escalate issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in document control, project coordination, or quality documentation-preferably in industrial or construction projects
- Strong understanding of document management systems and processes
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and handover requirements
- Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams
