Asst Manager Engineering Technical Services (Offshore)

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring technical quality of design and engineering in line with technical assurance framework during FEED and EPIC stages.
- Management and leadership of the multi-discipline engineering team responsible for the overall engineering design of the project.
- Focus on the successful execution of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed project requirements, specifications, and standards.
Requirements
- BE, BTech, or BSc in Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in FEED and EPIC engineering and management for large-scale oil and gas projects.
- At least 8 years' experience in engineering or technical leadership roles such as Head of Technical Services, Discipline Lead, Study Manager, or Engineering Management.
- Extensive skills in management and leadership, team building, effective communication, conflict resolution, and presentations.
- Offshore projects experience is mandatory.
