Working Location: Guildford (Site-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and improving EAM / CMMS systems (PM, CM, work orders)
- Maintaining accurate asset registers, hierarchies, and criticality data
- Supporting maintenance planning, shutdowns, and campaigns
- Optimising preventive maintenance schedules and work programmes
- Working with engineering and operations teams to align asset data
- Supporting spare parts, inventory, and maintenance planning
- Producing reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Excel / Power BI etc.)
- Analysing asset performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting system upgrades, changes, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Experience using EAM / CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar)
- Background in energy, process, or industrial environments
- Understanding of maintenance strategy, asset management, and reliability
- Experience working with plant equipment (pumps, valves, motors, etc.)
- Strong data skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
