SPS Testing & Qualification Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate System Testing and Technology Qualification Program activities associated with the SPS scope of work, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, planning, and HSE requirements.
- Oversee the SPS scope, including but not limited to XT full systems, Production & Injection manifolds with mudmats, Subsea distribution units, connectors, umbilical terminations, required tooling, and topside control system hardware & software.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior concerning H3SE, implementing H3SE rules and requirements, and comply with all relevant training requirements.
- Promote and enforce company ethics, code of conduct, and anti-corruption policies.
- Coordinate, validate, and supervise all SPS Integration Testing activities, including:
- Establishing integration testing planning and schedules with contractors
- Managing interfaces with other SPS entities (Engineering, Planning, Disciplines, Fabrication)
- Identifying and coordinating delivery of equipment and tooling for testing and final delivery
- Integrating testing schedules into overall package schedules, identifying critical paths and synergies
- Coordinating and revising integration testing procedures with package leaders
- Representing the company on test sites for all integration testing, including EFAT, stack up tests, SIT, etc.
- Ensuring availability of materials and equipment, and completion of procedures, Test HAZID, and safety activities before testing
- Providing daily reports on testing activities and following up on punch list items in coordination with package engineers and quality teams
- Assess and monitor the Technical Qualification Program, ensuring all technologies used for SPS equipment are qualified for their intended purpose and conditions.
- Supervise qualification and testing activities with technical assistance from discipline leaders.
- Monitor the impact of qualification and testing programs on the SPS schedule.
Requirements
- High level of experience and technical expertise in SPS Execution Testing.
- At least 20 years of professional experience.
- At least 15 years of experience within project environments.
Additional Information
- Work will be based in Paris, France, with periodic missions to Paramaribo, Suriname to follow project activities.
- This is a residential position; rotational work is not applicable.
