SPS Testing & Qualification Engineer
Location: Paris, France (with periodic trips to Suriname)Contract Type: Annually Renewable Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate System Testing and Technology Qualification Program activities associated with the SPS scope of work, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, planning, and HSE requirements.
- Oversee the SPS scope, including but not limited to XT full systems, Production and Injection manifolds with mudmats, Subsea distribution units, connectors, umbilical terminations, required tooling, and topside control system hardware & software.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE, implementing H3SE rules and requirements, and complying with relevant training.
- Promote and enforce ethical conduct and anti-corruption policies.
- Coordinate, validate, and supervise all SPS Integration Testing activities, including:
- Establishing Integration Testing Planning and Schedule with the SPS Contractor.
- Ensuring internal interfaces with other SPS entities are managed effectively.
- Identifying and coordinating delivery of equipment and tooling for testing and final delivery.
- Integrating the Testing Schedule into the Overall Package Schedule, identifying criticality and synergy.
- Coordinating and revising integration testing procedures with other Package Leaders.
- Representing the company at test sites for all integration testing, including EFAT, stack up Tests, SIT, etc.
- Ensuring availability of materials and equipment for testing, and completion of procedures, Test HAZID, and engineering/safety activities before testing.
- Providing daily reports of testing activities and following up on punch list items to ensure closure in coordination with Package Engineers and Quality.
- Assess and monitor the Technical Qualification Program, ensuring all technologies used for SPS Equipment are qualified for their intended purpose and conditions.
- Supervise Qualification and Testing activities with technical assistance from discipline leaders.
- Monitor the impact of qualification and testing programs on the SPS schedule.
Requirements
- High experience and technical expertise in SPS Execution Testing.
- At least 20 years of professional experience.
- At least 15 years of experience within a project environment.
Additional Information
- Periodic missions to follow activities in Paramaribo, Suriname.
- Rotational work is not applicable.
