Senior XSOAR and Python Developer
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week onsite)
Contract Type: Contractor
Assignment Length: Initial contract until 31-Oct-2025 (extension expected)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (8 hours per day)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior XSOAR and Python Developer to join a high-profile green energy organisation. You will play a pivotal role in supporting key security automation platforms and developing custom solutions within a modern, forward-thinking technology team. This role offers the chance to work on innovative projects at the forefront of sustainable energy technology, while contributing directly to the enhancement of security operations.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the migration of XSOAR systems to SaaS environments.

Design, develop, and maintain custom XSOAR playbooks, automations, and integrations.

Support and enhance existing Python-based interfaces, including debugging and performance optimisation.

Deliver SQL support for data handling, complex queries, and third-party database integrations.

Provide training and mentorship to internal teams to build in-house automation capabilities.
Skills and Experience

Strong hands-on expertise with XSOAR: playbook creation, scripting, troubleshooting, and following best practices.

Solid Python development skills (mid-level+), including integration development and code optimisation.

Proficient in SQL for data queries, management, and integrations.

Strong communication skills to train and mentor team members on automation solutions.

Additional desirable skills: familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and general security automation methodologies.
