Job Description

(Duties and key responsibilities)

Business to Business sales - to achieve GP targets.

Pro-active resourcing workers through all advertising routes

Selecting workers to fill orders

Maintaining high levels of candidate and client contact

Taking client orders

Visit clients

Make presentations to clients

Adherence to quality procedures at all times

Maximise business opportunities via follow up telephone work to agreed GP targets.

Maintain knowledge of current legislation

Proactive - selling out workers to current/dormant and prospective clients.

Proactive problem solving of client issues in order to maximise service and revenue levels.

Interviewing workers and maximising lead opportunities.

New business generation

Advertising via websites and trade journals

Networking

CV coding

Negotiate and confirm rates

Candidate calls after office hours
