- Business to Business sales - to achieve GP targets.
- Pro-active resourcing workers through all advertising routes
- Selecting workers to fill orders
- Maintaining high levels of candidate and client contact
- Taking client orders
- Visit clients
- Make presentations to clients
- Adherence to quality procedures at all times
- Maximise business opportunities via follow up telephone work to agreed GP targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current legislation
- Proactive - selling out workers to current/dormant and prospective clients.
- Proactive problem solving of client issues in order to maximise service and revenue levels.
