Role Overview
The organisation is seeking a RAM Engineer to join its London-based team. This role is well suited to an engineer with experience in reliability, availability, and maintainability studies who is keen to further develop technical depth while contributing to business growth and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform RAM studies using recognised reliability techniques and modelling approaches for complex engineering systems

  • Prepare clear, well-structured technical reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to support project work and client engagement

  • Contribute to the development of RAM-related marketing materials and business development activities

  • Support the preparation of technical proposals for RAM and related studies

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in RAM and/or technical safety engineering, ideally within oil, gas, or energy-related sectors

  • Degree qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline

  • Solid knowledge of reliability principles and methodologies, including Fault Tree Analysis, Reliability Block Diagrams, and FMEA or FMECA

  • Strong interest in developing expertise in early-phase and conceptual engineering studies within the energy sector

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
