Job Title: QA/QC Documentation Specialist
Location: Gentofte, Denmark
Assignment Length: Initial contract until 31st August 2025
Work Schedule: 7.4 hours per day, a few times a week. Estimated 250-300 hours between May-August (or September, depending on start date).
Job Purpose:
The client, a leading global player in the green energy sector, requires a QA/QC Documentation Specialist to support their multi-lot wind energy projects. The primary responsibility is to establish and develop a structured QA/QC process for documentation that will ensure the effective handover of the project to operations. The specialist will focus on creating and aligning the QA/QC process for the project and then extend it as a generic solution for future projects. This role is vital for establishing documentation quality standards across different project phases.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct input interviews and gather information from EPC Project Managers, Procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Analyse existing materials and processes.

Develop and agree on a QA/QC process tailored to the specific project, collaborating with EPC Project Managers, design managers, documentation controllers, and the D&T team.

Define roles and responsibilities for the QA/QC process, including specifying who should review, what should be reviewed, and which contractual requirements the review should align with. Special attention should be given to deviations and reservations related to the contracts.

Create and establish a generic QA/QC process that will apply across all documentation activities for the client’s projects.

Ensure alignment and agreement on ownership and responsibilities for the generic QA/QC process across all relevant stakeholders.

Document and align the QA/QC process and its roles, responsibilities, and ownership within the project.

Ensure that the agreed QA/QC process is in line with the client’s documentation requirements and project phases.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a QA/QC or Documentation Specialist, preferably within large, complex organisations.

Educational background or practical experience in QA/QC work or Documentation Specialist roles, with a preference for renewable energy sector experience.

Certification in relevant quality courses and programs (e.g., ISO9000, APQP, or similar).

Extensive experience in documentation management with a thorough understanding of project processes.

Strong team player with a LEAN mindset, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and contractors.

Fluency in both Danish and English, both spoken and written.
