Job Title: Project Manager - Renewable Energy

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects in Paris. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle for onshore wind, solar PV, BESS, and hybrid energy solutions. The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required technical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead renewable energy project delivery from feasibility, design, permitting, and procurement through to construction and commissioning
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors, ensuring alignment across disciplines
- Oversee technical deliverables and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including regulators, utilities, and clients
- Facilitate project meetings, report progress, and escalate risks as needed
- Ensure HSE, quality, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in renewable energy, preferably wind, solar, or BESS
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects
- Strong understanding of permitting, regulatory frameworks, and grid connection requirements
- Experience using project management tools and energy modelling software
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
