You will start by supporting senior colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as you learn the systems and processes. Eventually, you will be responsible for guiding hiring managers, managing requests, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards, such as the Swedish Consultancy Act.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal frameworks (e.g. Swedish Consultancy Act)
- You will help ensure that all external hiring follow the client's internal guidelines and relevant legislation. This includes checking that contracts, documentation, and processes meet legal standards and escalating any uncertainties to legal experts when needed.

- Acting as a point of contact for our broker and internal stakeholders
- You will communicate with our external broker (who manages supplier relations) and internal teams to coordinate hiring activities, resolve questions, and ensure smooth collaboration. You'll be the go-to person for clarifying procedures and solving practical issues.

- Identifying and suggesting process improvements
- You'll play an active role in improving how we work. If you notice inefficiencies, recurring issues, or opportunities to simplify the process, you're encouraged to share your ideas and help implement changes that benefit the whole team.

- Collaborating with legal and senior colleagues on complex cases
- For more challenging situations-such as unusual contract terms, sensitive roles, or legal uncertainties-you'll work closely with experienced colleagues and legal advisors to find the best solutions. This ensures that we maintain high standards and avoid risks.
