WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday / 5 days a week
REMOTE WORK: Maximum 2 days a week
Context
Procurement of logistics services on a global scope for all TotalEnergies Divisions.
Tasks to be Performed
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and internal clients (worldwide subsidiaries) to define and validate purchasing needs.
- Launch RFIs, process responses, analyze results, and prepare summaries.
- Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in coordination with stakeholders.
- Launch RFPs via the e‑sourcing platform.
- Prepare supplier presentation/defense meetings.
- Participate in negotiations of financial and contractual terms with suppliers.
- Prepare materials for decision‑making committees.
- Prepare contractual documents.
- Prepare strategic reviews.

- Commercial analyses of supplier offers
- Purchasing recommendations
Goals and deliverables
- Mapping of Freight Forwarding contracts by zone and by branch
- Establishment of a Procurement Plan by area for the period 2026-2028
- Management of calls for tenders (definition of purchasing strategy, launch of the call for tenders, analysis of offers, commercial and contractual negotiations, Award)
Technical Prerequisites
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of international logistics (Freight Forwarding)
- Experience with e‑Sourcing tools
