Overview
We are seeking an experienced Decommissioning EPRD Coordinator to support the delivery of a major onshore and offshore decommissioning programme. The role supports terminal and field decommissioning activities while preparing assets for future re-use, including carbon storage readiness.
Working closely with project delivery and site teams, this position plays a key role in coordinating interfaces, controlling project documentation, and ensuring accurate, consolidated reporting across multiple contractors and stakeholders. The role is critical to reducing execution risk, avoiding inefficiencies, and protecting cost, schedule, and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of onshore and offshore decommissioning activities in line with the approved execution plan

Coordinate technical, execution, and contractual interfaces across multiple work scopes and contractors

Control and manage the flow of project data, documentation, and interface registers across the programme

Ensure accurate and consolidated reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Chair and support interface coordination meetings, tracking actions and close-out

Support compliance with UK regulatory requirements, permits, and consents

Coordinate quality control activities, including offshore readiness and waste or scrap management

Support contractor planning and mobilisation to ensure safe and efficient execution

Review and support development of critical procedures such as lifting, waste removal, and disposal

Participate in site visits, conduct safety walk-throughs, and provide visible HSE leadership

Drive continuous improvement across HSE, cost, schedule, and operational performance
Qualifications and Experience

Significant experience in UK oil and gas decommissioning projects

Strong knowledge of onshore and offshore operations

Proven experience in interface management, reporting, and contractor coordination

Working knowledge of decommissioning permits and regulatory frameworks

NVQ Level 3 in Plant Operations or equivalent; offshore certification preferred
