Duration: 5 days office + 23 days offshore (Vessel)

Working Hours (Offshore): 6am to 6pm
SCOPE OF WORK
DIMENSIONS
Reporting to: Project Responsible
Responsible for: Ensure safe subsea operations
At all times, the Contractor will:
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy.

In undertaking this role, the Contractor will:

Base place of employment
- Initially in Company office in Esbjerg Denmark for preparation of the offshore campaign.
- Remaining duration on the vessel during execution of the offshore campaign.
ACTIVITIES
Contractor is responsible for overseeing that all activities executed under his/her responsibility are in accordance with the expectations of TEPDK and the Contractor's management systems. The Contractor will manage operations expected in TEPDK HSE Management system.
Contractor's main activities are:
- Act as TEPDK Company Worksite Representative (DWR) in compliance with CR-OT-OPP-871.
- Provides support and assurance to the operational entities for Underwater operations in compliance with regulation, Company rules and HSSE rules.
- Conduct technical audits as requested to verify operations are being performed in accordance with applicable regulations, operations/ maintenance manuals and contract language.
- Follow-up outstanding audit findings to ensure actions and compliance.
- Ensure proactive engagement in planning, operation and safe execution of Underwater Operations.
In undertaking this role, the Contractor will:
- Proactively execute job activities and maintain close collaboration with all requiring support for subsea work.
- Ensure compliance of all ROV operations and ROV resources to be within Company rules for subsea operations.
- Ensure compliance with International Standards, e.g. IOGP and IMCA.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all subsea operations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Overall accountable for providing safe and cost-efficient Underwater services and for the provision of technical assurance within the Underwater domain.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Professional qualifications: Minimum 10 years successful industry experience in ROV and Marine operations.
- Technical knowledge of ROV operation and NDT inspection (ACFM preferred).
- ROV Specialist with sufficient knowledge regarding the ROV procedures used and the scope of work (IOGP Report 431).
- Pass the Worksite Representative Orientation Training" (in accordance with IOGP Report 431).
- Is "independent" from the Job Contractor e.g. no position as a Supervisor/Superintendent at the Job Contractor within the previous 2 years. Job Contractor is the company which TEPDK has contracted the work scope to.
- Must hold a FOET or similar training certificate.
- Personal qualifications: good listening skills, communication skills and decisionmaking ability, along with negotiating skills.
- Quality conscious, service-minded and result driven approach and attitude. Ability to work independently and cross functionally with many cultures. Significant change management experience, and the ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously in a high volume of constantly changing activities.
- Offshore North Sea experience.
- Have training and competency in TEPDK e-permit system to prepare, submit and take permits live in the system.
- Knowledge of the TEPDK field and communication process during offshore operations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
