Job Title: Category Buyer (Direct Materials)
Client: Pioneering Green Steel Production Company
Assignment Type: Initial 6 Month Contract with expectation of long term extension
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Contract Type: Residential; Monday - Friday (8 hours a day)
Kintec are currently partnered with a pioneering Green Steel Production Company who are constructing a plant in Northern Sweden that will produce Green Steel - Green Steel production emits up to 95% less CO ₂ compared conventional steel production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming procurement requests within the category "General Industrial Supplies"
- Lead the implementation of the framework agreements with Scandinavian distributors by aligning internal stakeholder needs, supplier capabilities and budget
- Follow-up to ensure successful adoption across the organization
- Coordinate the supplier's implementation of a catalogue-based procurement solution in customer's ERP-system
Who You Are:
- Experienced in procurement and management of distributors on the Swedish supply market, with a solid understanding of framework agreements and material standardization.
- A proactive and self-sufficient professional who can contribute from day one.
- Results-driven, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A great cultural fit, bringing energy, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Confident in working with procurement tools and preferably having SAP S4 Hana experience.
- Ability to travel within Sweden on a bi-weekly basis
