Business Development Manager - Data Centers (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new data center construction opportunities across the U.S.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with data center owners, developers, hyperscalers, and key industry partners.
- Lead pursuit efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission and negotiation.
- Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to position the company competitively on targeted projects.
- Represent the company at industry events (virtual or in-person as needed) and manage a pipeline of active pursuits.
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth planning for the data center sector.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, demonstrable experience in data center business development, sales, or client relations.
- Established connections and relationships within the data center industry (owners, developers, consultants, or contractors).
- Proven track record of identifying and winning construction or EPC opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a full-time remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with an EPC, general contractor, or specialty contractor focused on data centers or mission-critical projects.
- Deep understanding of data center construction processes, timelines, and key decision-makers.
- Existing network that can generate qualified leads in the near term.
