The roles, responsibilities and characteristics of a recruitment trainee include:

Typically reached after 6 months, where you have the opportunity to complete a Certificate in Recruitment Practice. No longer an apprentice, we make sure you continue to develop your skills in business support, finance or recruitment so you can be on top of your game.

COORDINATOR

Having stepped up from being a trainee, you’ll have at least six months of experience and be developing into a specialist in your field. If any formal examinations or courses are needed to help you reach the next level, we prepare you for them and give you the skills and confidence needed to secure these formal qualifications.

The roles and responsibilities of our business support coordinators include:

  • Ability to carry out their role mainly unaided
  • Good and efficient on the telephone

  • Responsibility for at least one other member of your team
  • Training and mentoring of that person, enabling them to deputise in your absence
