Job Title: WTG Load-Out Supervisor

Overview
 We are supporting a major offshore wind project and seeking an experienced WTG Load-Out Supervisor to join the core installation team. This position will oversee port-based operations in New London, managing daily load-outs for feeder vessels and ensuring safe, efficient coordination between multiple contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Plan and execute feeder vessel load-outs and provide forward planning for port operations
 - 
Lead HSE efforts through regular site inspections and participation in safety assessments
 - 
Coordinate the activities of key site contractors and ensure seamless collaboration
 - 
Supervise daily load-out operations and maintain accurate daily progress reports
 - 
Conduct final walkdowns and ensure vessels are ready for departure
 - 
Liaise closely with the offshore construction team on vessel schedules and logistics
 - 
Track delivery and readiness of WTG components and pre-assembly progress
 - 
Manage project-owned equipment and spare parts inventory on site
 - 
Support inspections by third-party surveyors and verification agents as required
 
Additional Responsibilities (depending on experience)

Provide engineering input related to lifting, transport, and installation activities
 - 
Review weather forecasts and operability limits to support decision making
 - 
Support analysis and reporting of daily progress data for onshore and offshore operations
 
Requirements
- 
Proven experience in offshore wind, marine logistics, or heavy-lift operations
 - 
Strong commitment to safety and risk management
 - 
Technical understanding of marine transportation and lifting activities
 - 
Excellent communication and contractor management skills
 - 
Familiarity with offshore wind project stakeholders in the US market
 - 
Proactive, curious, and motivated to contribute to a growing renewable energy sector
