Overview:
We are looking for a Turbine O&M Technician to join a leading independent renewable energy company dedicated to delivering affordable, zero-carbon energy. This role sits within the Turbine O&M Team and will involve supporting project delivery, resolving technical challenges, and helping to drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on turbine O&M projects and day-to-day operations.

Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and related procedures.

Uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.

Support resolution of onsite technical issues and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Travel across the UK & Ireland as required to support project needs.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with gearbox inspections.

Knowledge of diagnostic tools including vibration analysis, ultrasound, borescope, and thermal imaging.

Strong analytical fault-finding ability.

Blade repair experience.

Experience leading main component replacements.

Ability to identify tooling requirements and conduct technical audits.

Skilled in preparing technical reports, templates, and documentation.

Capable of developing and delivering in-house technical training.

Experience working in a Health & Safety-focused environment.
Required Qualification:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
