Job Title: Wind Turbine Technician

Join a growing renewable energy team as a Wind Turbine Technician, supporting clean energy infrastructure across key UK regions. This hands-on role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and component replacement, ensuring turbines run at peak performance and in line with safety and compliance standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who is looking to expand their skills in the wind energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine scheduled maintenance, including 6- and 12-month service checks, lubrication, functional testing, and cleaning.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on turbines.

Carry out component replacement and return turbines to full operation.

Ensure compliance with operational and maintenance contract requirements.

Work safely at height and in challenging outdoor environments.

Collaborate closely with your team to deliver high standards of service.
Requirements:
Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.

Confident in technical fault finding and using diagnostic tools.

Clear communicator with a solid team ethic.
Experience:

Prior experience in wind turbine maintenance is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
