Overview
A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Wind Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of onshore wind projects in the Philippines. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in scope while maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) compliance.
The position involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with contractors and Owner’s Engineers, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation

Participate in tendering and contracting processes

Support designation and coordination of Owner’s Engineers (OE)
Project Planning

Ensure project planning meets organisational objectives and interests

Develop schedules and work plans for Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) and Balance of Plant (BOP) works
Project Execution

Lead project teams and OE to implement construction activities according to standards

Facilitate issue resolution and manage project changes effectively

Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and promote best practices on site
Monitoring and Controlling

Track project progress, comparing actual performance to planned schedules

Manage project budgets and ensure key milestones are achieved
Project Closing

Work with contractors to confirm project completion and contract closure

Review and validate third-party vendor deliverables

Archive project documentation for future reference
Requirements
-
At least 10 years of experience in onshore wind farm project management

Strong technical knowledge of wind technology, turbine systems, grid connection, and operations

Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams

Strong stakeholder engagement and cultural sensitivity

Deep understanding of project management methodologies

Fluent in English
