Project Background
Our client is seeking two experienced UX Leads to support two separate but related assignments:
- 1177 Project - Integrated Planning:
Contributing to a seamless, user-friendly digital experience across the 1177 healthcare portal. This project aims to improve accessibility and integration between open and logged-in areas, supporting individuals with complex care needs through a modern, intuitive interface.
- GIF Project (Common Information Supply):
Leading UX efforts to support a new infrastructure that streamlines data collection from multiple organisations, facilitating municipal case handling and enabling citizens to apply for economic assistance digitally, with or without a proxy. The role involves collaboration with Inera's UX team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full UX process including user interviews, usability testing, workshop facilitation, user flows, detailed sketches, and prototyping
- Support development teams by providing detailed UX guidance during build phases
- Quickly understand complex system environments and balance technical constraints with user experience needs
- Represent user perspectives in discussions with product experts and regional stakeholders
- Assist product owners in embedding user-centred design practices
- Provide expertise on accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance) throughout development
- Plan and conduct user research internally and externally to gather insights
- Work within Inera's UX framework and Design System (IDS), ensuring visual consistency and adherence to branding
- Contribute strategically at operational, technical, and organisational levels to align service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in combined UI/UX design roles, covering the entire design lifecycle
- At least 4 years' experience with accessibility and inclusive design, specifically WCAG guidelines
- Experience designing for highly complex, secure, and business-critical systems
- Proven track record leading UX work in larger projects
- Experience developing user support materials such as instructional videos or guides
- Understanding of identity management and access control systems
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years' experience with the design tool Figma
Desirable Skills
- Deep UI/UX expertise
- Experience in healthcare or public sector digital services

Interview Process
