JOB TITLE: UFR QA QC Lead (Umbilicals, Flowlines, and Risers)

CONTRACT LENGTH: Initial 36 Month contract with expectation of extension

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday / 5 days a week

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service holder will be responsible for coordinating QA and QC activities and supporting the package manager on all quality matters, within the B58 UFR teams for the Suriname Project.

ACTIVITIES

  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies and procedures, implementing H3SE rules and requirements within the relevant area of responsibility and complying with H3SE training requirements.
  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote the re-enforcement of the Anti-Corruption Program.
  • During the Service execution, the Service holder will ensure:
  • Project QMS is implemented by all team members of the UFR package.
  • The UFR EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System is developed, established, and maintained in compliance with the EPC Contract, especially Contract Exhibit H.
  • Contractual commitments are enforced; the Contract Quality Plan and Objectives are implemented; activities are performed safely, effectively, and timely according to Company specifications, designs, and codes.
  • Control of ISO 9001 processes including:
    • Quality audit
    • Non-conformance management
    • Corrective and preventive actions
    • KPI management
    • Quality inspections
    • Lesson learnt and feedback management
    • Calibration and testing
    • Technical standards management
  • Supervision of Contractors' quality activities and monitoring/reviewing Supervisors/Inspectors during Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Service works.
  • Approval of UFR Contractor's Project Quality Plan and related quality documents (Inspection Test Plans, sub-assembly documentation, etc.).
  • Identification of gaps between standard quality activities and Project-specific requirements.
  • Coordination and follow-up of quality systems at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and key sub-vendors facilities.
  • Finalization and distribution of Quality Dossiers and Manufacturing Record Books with all necessary certifications.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities regarding timing, location, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor, correct, and report Contractor's working practices and deliverables.
  • Maintain active liaison with COMPANY Project Quality Manager, project Quality Team, and UFR team.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The activity takes place during the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname Project is managed by TotalEnergies and focuses on Deep and Shallow Water discoveries in offshore Suriname Block 58.

Technical challenges include:

  • Reservoir development and management
  • FPSO
  • Subsea production/injection systems

Project objectives:

  • Maximize economic results
  • Optimize reserves and schedule
  • Reduce costs and GHG emissions
  • Maintain high technical quality and H3SE standards

DURATION / LOCATION

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 1 year minimum, up to 5 years post-UFR package contract award
  • Renewable: Yes
  • Location: Paris area (Contractor's Main Office + manufacturing/construction site visits)
  • Status: Residential

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of UFR Products and relevant Quality regime
  • Significant experience in similar Oil & Gas services
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years
