MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The Service holder will be responsible for coordinating QA and QC activities and supporting the package manager on all quality matters, within the UFR teams for a major project.

ACTIVITIES
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies and procedures, implementing H3SE rules and requirements within the relevant area of responsibility and complying with H3SE training requirements.
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding Company Ethics and the "Code of Conduct" policy and promote reinforcement of the Anti-Corruption Program.

During Service execution, the Service holder will ensure that:
1. The Project QMS is implemented by all team members of the UFR package.
2. The UFR EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System is developed, established, and maintained in compliance with the EPC Contract, specifically including Contract Exhibit H.
3. The UFR EPC and Service holder enforce contractual commitments, implement their own Contract Quality Plan and objectives, and perform activities safely, effectively, and timely, according to company specifications, designs, and codes.
4. The UFR EPC and Service holder control ISO 9001 processes such as quality audit, non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions, KPI management, quality inspections, lessons learned, feedback management, calibration/testing management, and technical standards management.
5. The Service holder also controls the most relevant ISO 9001 processes, including audits, NC management, corrective/preventive actions, KPI management, lessons learned, and feedback processes.

Additional duties:
- Provide supervision of day-to-day contractor quality activities and witness/monitor/review supervisors' and inspectors' activities during engineering, procurement, construction, and service works by the UFR contractor or subcontractors.
- Approve the UFR Contractor's Project Quality Plan and specific components/parts/sub-assembly/assembly Inspection Test Plans and any other quality documents from contractors, vendors, or subcontractors.
- Follow standard contractor quality activities and identify any gaps versus project-specific quality requirements.
- Coordinate, follow up, and-together with local supervisors/inspectors-oversee the quality system at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and key sub-vendor facilities.
- Produce, finalize, and distribute Quality Dossiers, including all necessary certifications and the manufacturing record books associated with deliverables, in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Third-Party Inspection and Certification authorities, guiding them on timing, locations, and technical specifications.
- Monitor, correct, and report contractor working practices and deliverables as needed.
- Actively liaise with the Project Quality Manager, project Quality Team, and UFR team.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The service takes place during the execution phase of a major offshore project.
The project is a multidisciplinary effort for deep and shallow water discoveries.
Technical challenges include:
- Reservoir development and management
- FPSO
- Subsea production/injection systems

The project aims to maximize economic results by optimizing reserves and schedule, reducing costs and greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions, and maintaining high technical quality and strict H3SE standards.

DURATION / LOCATION
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Minimum 1 year, up to 5 years after UFR package contract award
- Renewable: Yes
- Location: Paris area (Contractor's main office, with follow-up at manufacturing and construction locations)
- Status: Residential

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Knowledge of UFR products and the relevant quality regime
- Significant experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
- Languages: Fluent in French and English
- Professional experience: Minimum 15 years
- Project experience: Minimum 10 years
