Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time onsite)

About the Role:

Are you skilled at coordinating complex maintenance projects within industrial settings? We’re currently supporting a major process manufacturing site in the Stockholm region that is seeking a Turnaround Planner to lead the planning and delivery of scheduled plant shutdowns and maintenance events.

You’ll be central to ensuring these high-impact shutdowns run smoothly — minimising downtime while maximising safety and efficiency. Working alongside engineering, procurement, and operations teams, you’ll manage detailed execution plans, develop schedules, validate scopes, and contribute to future planning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain shutdown and pitstop activity schedules

  • Create detailed task plans with labour, equipment, and resource allocations

  • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, technical, and procurement teams

  • Track performance metrics and provide real-time updates during execution

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to lessons learned

  • Help refine planning systems, templates, and reporting processes

  • Ensure plans meet safety, compliance, and timeline expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of experience planning large-scale maintenance events or capital projects

  • Prior full-cycle shutdown/turnaround planning experience is essential

  • Strong knowledge of labour, material, and resource planning

  • Understanding of HSE requirements in high-risk or industrial environments

  • Proficient with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English

  • Strong coordination and analytical skills
