Location: Qatar (70% Onshore / 30% Offshore)
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Work Schedule: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week (Approx. 26 days per month)

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Transportation & Installation (T&I) Lead to support a major offshore energy development project in Qatar. This long-term assignment involves strategic oversight and operational leadership in the planning and execution of offshore installation works.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead high-impact subsea operations while working within a dynamic, multicultural project environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead safe and efficient execution of all T&I activities, including riser installation, subsea structures, tie-ins, and marine operations.

Coordinate offshore operations across multiple vessels in line with project plans.

Review and approve engineering deliverables, work packs, and risk assessments.

Oversee SIMOPS planning, vessel readiness, and mobilisations.

Drive high standards in HSE and quality performance.

Collaborate with engineering, HSE, planning, and marine logistics teams.

Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

Valid offshore survival certification and ability to pass medical (OPITO preferred).

Minimum 8 years of experience in T&I execution, including 5 years offshore on installation vessels.

Extensive knowledge of subsea operations: risers, pipelines, cables, and heavy lifts.

Experience with international offshore installation contractors.

Strong understanding of HAZOP, HAZID, and risk management.

Familiar with international offshore codes and standards.
