Job Title: Topside Delivery Manager

Role Overview:
Oversees delivery of FPSO topside modules ensuring integration readiness and EPC execution performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage topside EPC fabrication and delivery
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces
- Ensure schedule adherence and risk mitigation
- Oversee module integration and offshore readiness
- Manage subcontractors and fabrication yards
- Ensure HSE and quality compliance
Requirements:
- 15+ years' offshore EPC / topside project experience
- Strong modular fabrication and integration background
- Experience managing multi-contract environments
