Job Title: T&I Engineering
Location: Paris, France (with potential travel within Europe, including Hamburg)
Contract Length: Annual renewable contract
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday / 5 days a week
Activities:

Contractual Strategy Support:
-
Support in refining and implementing the contractual strategy for T&I operations, focusing on foundations (including noise mitigation, scour protection, etc.), turbines, and IAC (Inter-array Cables), with a focus on early commitments in the high-demand Offshore Wind industry.

Tendering Process:
-
Participate in the tendering process (bid preparation, evaluation, award recommendations), negotiations with contractors, and review/validation of technical specifications and employer’s requirements.

Contractor Coordination:
-
Work with C&P for finalizing T&I contracts and follow-up to ensure successful execution.

Ensure good coordination and collaboration between contractors’ teams and the Company team for efficient tender processes and future phases.

Budget & Resource Planning:
-
Assist the T&I lead in preparing budgets and resource plans for the T&I package in alignment with the project's future phases.

Interface Management:
-
Contribute to the projects’ interface matrix and manage technical interfaces with other project packages (WTG, FOU, IAC, O&M) and internal interfaces (permitting, certification, and environmental teams).

Procurement Support:
-
Provide support in procurement activities related to FOU (Foundations) and IAC.

Regulatory Compliance:
-
Coordinate with the permitting team to ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Safety & Quality:
-
Assist in developing the project’s safety philosophy for construction and installation phases.
-
Ensure that contractor safety plans are effectively managed.

Contribute to developing the quality system related to T&I scope engineering, logistics, marine operations, and implementing surveillance plans.

Logistics & Risk Studies:
-
Perform logistics studies and coordinate with package managers to ensure efficient equipment delivery for installation by the T&I package.

Conduct cost-benefit studies, market engagement, risk analysis, and weather downtime assessments to support design decisions and change management.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
-
Provide feedback to relevant departments to foster continuous improvements.

Maintain exemplary behavior regarding HSSE rules and company ethics, ensuring the implementation and control of policies within the assigned responsibility.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
-
Engineering Degree in Marine, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
-
Proven experience in Offshore & Marine Engineering, specifically related to Offshore Wind (OFW).
-
Expertise in offshore T&I activities within the offshore wind sector.
-
Exposure to offshore execution phase, particularly in the installation of WTG (Wind Turbine Generators), FOU (Foundations), and IAC (Inter-array Cables).

Previous technical expertise in offshore wind operations, with knowledge of technical and safety regulatory landscapes (preferably in Germany).

Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with international teams, contractors, and affiliates.

Experience in issuing technical and execution plans for T&I activities.

Experience in preparing and following up on T&I specific CFT (Call for Tender) processes.

Independent work ethic with the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks with minimal direction.
