Job Title: Test Engineer (HIL Developer)
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite, 0% Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Hardware In The Loop (HIL) test environments for next-generation vehicle compute platforms.
- Build and configure state-of-the-art test setups combining vehicle simulators and real hardware, emulating vehicle dynamics.
- Ensure HIL environments are equipped for platform, software, and function verification.
- Collaborate in a small, cross-functional team with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Work with software application and deployment, Matlab and Simulink modelling, and enable test automation for continuous integration and deployment.
- Grow expertise in Vehicle Motion Control, Protective Safety, Autonomous Driving, and next-generation vehicle software.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with dSPACE Hardware In The Loop (HIL) rigs.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with dSPACE development tools (e.g., ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk, Bus Manager, Aurelion).
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Matlab/Simulink development.
- Fluent spoken and written English; able to communicate with various stakeholders.
Desirable Skills & Merits:
- Familiarity with vehicle communications (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet) and programming in Matlab/Python.
- Experience with Simulink model development and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of sensing technologies, perception development, and vehicle/traffic simulation.
- Knowledge in sensor integration (radar, camera, lidar, ultrasonic).
- Experience in vehicle software development for Vehicle Dynamics, Hybrid/Electric Vehicles, Active Safety, Connected Vehicles, Autonomous Driving, Vehicle Motion Control, or Protective Safety Systems.
