Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support project delivery alongside the Business Lead, focusing on the production and testing of technical requirements and ensuring high-quality maintenance controls.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple geographical locations, fostering clear communication and effective coordination.
- Use internal project management tools (e.g., PMT) to manage monthly status reporting, milestone tracking, and to measure project progress.
- Optimize technical requirements according to standards such as NIS2, NIS-CAF, and ISO27k.
- Assist workstream leads in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, identifying and tracking dependencies.
- Track key deliverables against baseline schedules and proactively highlight potential delays to the Programme Manager.
- Review and consolidate workstream updates, ensuring alignment with program standards.
- Compile technical updates into executive-level summaries and maintain programme dashboards for real-time project visibility.
- Organize progress review meetings, document action points, and ensure follow-through on outstanding items.
- Maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) log and work with leads to manage and mitigate risks.
- Document scope changes and their impact on project schedules and resources.
- Serve as custodian for programme documentation, ensuring centralized and organized document management (using tools such as SharePoint or Confluence).
- Provide tools, templates, and project management best practices to workstream leads.
- Deliver detailed data analysis to support fast, data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven stakeholder management and coordination experience within international and technical project settings.
- Strong background in OT/SCADA project management, ideally for offshore and/or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira, Excel).
- Ability to optimize processes in line with security and compliance standards such as NIS2, NIS-CAF, ISO27k.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
