Assignment Overview
Our client is seeking three experienced Technical Project Managers to support the "Modernise Lending" programme - a high-priority initiative aimed at implementing a modernised, digital system for the bank's loan preparation and lending processes.
This initiative operates within a hybrid project framework combining agile methodology and traditional project governance, and is considered a Must-Win Battle by the organisation. The programme has a tight delivery timeline and requires driven, technically grounded project leaders to support efforts across architecture, development, regulatory reporting, and the decommissioning of legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple critical workstreams within the programme
- Oversee migration of Villa/Second Home loans within the Bancs platform
- Ensure DW/IPA reporting from Nova is functional and that recipient organisations are fully prepared
- Plan and execute the decommissioning of the legacy credit preparation system, including:
- Handling of valid loan offers
- Mapping of existing solutions and processes to the new platform
- Support QA activities and lead architectural discussions alongside solution architects
- Ensure seamless communication between development, architecture, compliance, and business operations
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a technical project manager within complex, high-stakes IT deliveries in the banking and finance sector
- Strong technical insight and understanding of systems integration, data, and architecture
- Experience with structured governance, traceability, and well-defined delivery processes
- Excellent communicator and self-starter with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong business understanding of the banking/lending domain (mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms (Business Process Management)
