Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an Application Engineer, supporting the operation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and applications within an automotive testing environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address advanced technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Provide expert technical support and administration for operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows/Linux Server platforms.

Monitor system performance using monitoring and log analytics tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
-
Manage Group Policies, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 to ensure seamless organizational operations.

Troubleshoot and maintain applications, with an understanding of networking fundamentals and backup solutions.

Support and educate end-users to optimize testbeds, vehicle testing systems, and other technical applications.

Assist with hardware setups and system integration in automotive testing environments.
Requirements:
-
At least 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software systems in production environments.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry, particularly within testing environments or similar setups.

Proficiency in network and backup fundamentals, Windows and Linux administration, hardware integration, monitoring & diagnostics, and Azure & M365 operations.

Experience with automotive test systems and applications such as WSP (Comtest), AVL (Indicom, Concerto, Creta, etc.), ETAS INCA is highly valued.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a solution-driven mindset.

Ability to stay updated on trends in automotive testing equipment and hardware integration.

Proficient in English.
Working Arrangements:
