Overview

We are looking for a consultant to provide system support and guidance across depot operations and related functions. The role involves ensuring that administrative IT routines are followed, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations.

In cases where automated processes are not available, you will perform manual file transfers and handle tasks such as load ID management, reconciliations, and corrections of transactions within core business systems. This is a role with broad interaction across departments and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and focused under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support depots and stakeholders in administrative IT routines
  • Ensure integrations between depot and business systems function correctly
  • Perform manual file transfers where required
  • Manage load IDs, reconcile depot transactions, and correct errors in business systems
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to resolve issues
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in daily system operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills and proven systems experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Desirable Experience

  • Industry or product knowledge within energy, oil, or refinery sectors
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations within logistics/operations
  • Experience with ERP and logistics systems
