Job Title: Senior System Developer
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Office in Sundbyberg)
Remote Work: Up to 50% depending on business needs

Contract Type: Resource Consultant (Consultant-based assignment with potential extension 1+1 year up to 29 March 2030)
Workload: Estimated at 100% (Actual requirements may vary)

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret architecture, security, and system design requirements.
- Develop and maintain system solutions, primarily backend but also frontend.
- Act as Scrum Master to guide agile team practices and adherence to the Scrum framework.
- Coordinate daily activities of the agile team and maintain backlog in collaboration with requirements analysts and product owner.
- Configure CI/CD environments to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Provide operational support including incident management, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and IT maintenance tasks.
Assignment Overview:
You will join a major digitalisation program focused on advancing the energy transition towards renewables, implementing advanced system simulation and control methods. Work primarily involves system development, operations, and leadership within an agile team, alongside requirements analysts, project managers, solution architects, product owners, and testers.
Technical Environment:
- Technologies: Python, React, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy
- Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
Required Experience:
- 5-9 years of experience in system development
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with multi-functional roles
- Proven leadership ability within technical teams
