Assignment Description
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented System Developer to provide Systems & Tools support within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the systems and digital tools that underpin daily departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor existing systems, dashboards, and digital tools.

Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Identify and resolve recurring problems, documenting root causes and solutions.

Provide user support and assist colleagues in utilizing tools effectively.

Identify improvement opportunities within processes, automations, and data flows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

Ensure data quality and consistency through regular checks and maintenance.

Participate in system upgrades or implementation projects as required.
Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with data systems, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
