Assignment Description
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented System Developer to provide Systems & Tools support within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the systems and digital tools that underpin daily departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor existing systems, dashboards, and digital tools.

  • Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Identify and resolve recurring problems, documenting root causes and solutions.

  • Provide user support and assist colleagues in utilizing tools effectively.

  • Identify improvement opportunities within processes, automations, and data flows.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

  • Ensure data quality and consistency through regular checks and maintenance.

  • Participate in system upgrades or implementation projects as required.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with data systems, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools.

  • Structured approach with attention to accuracy and continuous improvement.

  • Capability to work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
