Key Responsibilities

Interpret architecture, security, and system design to contribute to technical solutions

Develop and maintain systems, focusing on backend and some frontend functionality

Act as Scrum Master to guide agile processes and team alignment

Coordinate daily activities and manage backlog with business analysts and product owners

Configure and maintain CI/CD environments

Create, update, and maintain comprehensive system documentation
-
Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and support IT operations for applications and related systems
Key Requirements

Senior-level expertise in system development (5–9 years experience)

Proven ability to code and provide leadership within agile teams

Experience with Python, React, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy

Familiarity with agile environments and roles such as business analyst, system developer, and tester

Comfortable collaborating with project managers, solution architects, and product owners

Proficient in Swedish
