Job Purpose:
The System Completion Specialist will support the management of the Systems Completions Database (Hexagon) and provide guidance to EPC Management teams. The role focuses on ensuring the successful and safe delivery of the EPC scope for all System Completions aspects of the project, contributing to a seamless transition of systems from project to permanent asset status.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Completion Support: Interface with EPC Contractors, OES, Operations, and other project teams to ensure proper execution of systems completion.
- Walkdown & Punch List Support: Assist and guide walkdown teams in scheduling and executing walkdowns according to project procedures.
- Database Management: Ensure the certification database is updated and accurate, addressing deviations and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Preservation Support: Support the EPC Preservation team in ensuring preservation routines are carried out and maintained in the system completion database.
- Project Collaboration: Work with various departments to solve issues impacting the completion and handover processes.
- Systemization Support: Help in reviewing and obtaining the necessary project information for systemization and sub-system organization.
- Tagging & ITRs: Support the allocation of tags and ITRs in line with project priorities and milestones.
- MOC Boundaries & Interface Management: Participate in evaluating MOC boundaries and ensure correct interface with the certification process.
- Consistency in Reporting: Ensure consistency across check sheets, punch lists, exception reports, and readiness reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar system completion role.
- Expert knowledge of Completion Database Management and Reporting.
- Proficient in Hexagon completion systems (experience with Power PI is a bonus).
- Project execution experience with a broad understanding of projects, engineering, and systems completion processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with completion management systems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads, and adapt to frequent changes in priorities.
