Key Responsibilities

Support the IT department in interpreting and utilising IT agreements

Follow up on collaboration with IT suppliers
-
Handle escalations from operational business units
-
Monitor penalties and manage related discussions
-
Negotiate and resolve disputes with IT suppliers
-
Negotiate and sign amendments to existing agreements
-
Ensure requirement owners are involved in procurements and adherence to specifications, regulations, and IT requirements

Represent IT during procurements and negotiations
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of documented experience as a Supplier Manager, Vendor Manager, or similar role within IT operations
-
Experience with at least 2 assignments related to procurement and IT agreements, including at least 1 involving Cloud, SaaS, or Infrastructure services
-
Experience with at least 1 assignment related to procurement and agreements for Operational Technology (OT)
-
Strong understanding of IT sourcing strategies
